GUMA with Grėte Šmitaite

Event Date: 2020 Jul 26
Event Time: 00:00 - 16:30

If we perceive the dancing person as the one that changes, how could we consciously develop this change? In this workshop we will bring attention to phrasing and rhythm as what supports one’s changing.
Movement will be researched by rigorously practicing what initiates and leads the action of the performer. Situations and tasks that divide the action of the performer into its more precise aspects and layers as well as coming back to the full picture of what is happening will be proposed.
